2. Reservations and Bookings

  • It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check- in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Without an original copy of a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
  • All reservations are subject to availability. Rates may vary based on the season, room type, and specific promotional offers. .
  • A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment /partial payment is successfully processed.
  • Pets are not allowed.

  • This hotel welcomes unmarried couples.
  • This hotel allows check-in using either local or outstation IDs
  • Foreign guests are welcome. They are required to produce a valid passport and visa.

3. Check-In/Check-Out Policy

  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

4. Payment and Taxes

  • All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
  • We accept major credit,QR and debit cards. Payments are processed securely, and all charges must be settled at the time of booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any such damages.
